Natural wine

Do you want to know how organic, biodynamic and natural wines stand out?

We explain in a few lines these differences which are the subject of dozens of books which go into much more detail (we give you our favorite selection too).

Wine in conventional agriculture

Conventional viticulture today represents 20% of the consumption of pesticides in France (for only 4% of the agricultural surface).

Some conventional wines contain more than 300 times the amount of pesticides allowed in your tap water.

In addition to this dose of pesticides, winegrowers or conventional winemakers add up to 50 additives to modify the organoleptic perception of the wine.

This allows winegrowers to present each year a wine with exactly the same taste profile.

Sulfur is limited to 200 mg / L for whites, 150 mg / L for reds
